Liability for contents

The contents of our sites were created with the greatest care and attention. However, we cannot assume any warranty for the accuracy, completeness and actuality of the contents.
As service provider we are, according to § 6 Par.1 MDStV and § 8 Par.1 TDG responsible for own contents on these sites according to the general laws. Services providers are however not obliged to monitor the third party information transmitted or stored hereby or to research according to the circumstances which indicate an unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to the general law remain unaffected hereby. A liability in this respect is however only possible from the time of the knowledge of a concrete infringement of rights. In case corresponding infringements of rights become known we will remove these contents immediately.

Liability for links

Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties on the contents of which we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any warranty for these third party contents either. The respective provider or operator of the sites is always responsible for the contents of the linked sites. The linked sites were checked for possible infringements of rights at the time when the link was set. Unlawful contents were not recognisable at the time when the link was set. A permanent control of the contents of the linked sites is however not deemed reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement of right. If  knowledge is gained of infringements of rights we will remove such links immediately.

The operators of the sites will make an effort to always comply with the copyrights of others or to resort to self-created and licence-free works.

Insofar as personal data (for example name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected on our sites this is carried out insofar as possible always on a voluntary basis. The use of the offers and services is, insofar as possible, always possible without providing personal data.
The use of contact data published within the framework of the masthead obligation by third parties for the sending of advertising and information material which are not explicitly requested is hereby explicitly objected to.
